Arrival & Parking

 

By car:

 

You can reach Saarbrücken from Mannheim on the A6 (130 km), from Koblenz on the A1 (200 km), from Stuttgart on the A8 (250 km).

From the A1 leave the motorway at the interchange Saarbrücken and take the A8 in the direction of Zweibrücken. At the interchange Friedrichstahl, change onto the A623 in the direction of Saarbrücken. The motorway ends with a fork in Saarbrücken. Choose the right exit towards the football stadium (Ludwigsparkstadion), continue to the Ludwigskreisel (roundabout) and turn immediately right. Continue straight to the traffic lights. Turn left and continue straight to the second set of traffic lights. Here move into the right-hand lane and follow the road layout. After about 800 meters you reach the Congresshalle.

From the A6 and A620 take the exit Westspange. You cross the Saar and from the bridge turn off to the right to the Congresshalle. Move into the right-hand lane and follow the road layout until after about 500 meters you reach the Congresshalle.


By train:

 

The high-speed network of the ICE and TGV will bring you quickly and easily to the Eurobahnhof (main station) Saarbrücken. From there you can walk comfortably to the Congresshalle. Leave the station by the main entrance and continue straight ahead along the Faktoreistrasse. After 600 meters you reach the Congresshalle on the right hand side, only a few steps away from the hotels “La Résidence” and “Mercure Saarbrücken City”.

Parking at the Congresshalle

 

Directly adjacent to the Congresshalle, there is the underground carpark “PARKHAUS KONGRESSHALLE” with 500 parking places. The entrance and exit to the carpark are located at the main entrance to the Congresshalle. More information can be found here
