Arrival & Parking

 

By car:

You can reach Saarbrücken from Mannheim on the A6 (130 km), from Koblenz on the A1 (200 km), from Stuttgart on the A8 (250 km).

From the A1 leave the motorway at the interchange Saarbrücken and take the A8 in the direction of Zweibrücken. At the interchange Friedrichstahl, change onto the A623 in the direction of Saarbrücken. The motorway ends with a fork in Saarbrücken. Choose the right exit towards the football stadium (Ludwigsparkstadion). After 500 meters, turn left directly to the Saarlandhalle.

From the A6 and A620, drive over the Westspange straight on to the Ludwigskreisel (roundabout). Exit the roundabout and continue straight, driving in the direction of the Ludwigsparkstadion. After about 400 meters, turn right at the traffic lights to the Saarlandhalle.

Parking at the Saarlandhalle

Visitor parking at the Saarlandhalle is for about 450 parking places (free) and there are about 6 spaces for coaches close to the Halle. During large events, additional parking spaces in the access road “Camphauser Strasse” (about 800 spaces). Separate parking spaces are available for artists, technicians and organisers directly at the Saarlandhalle.

By train:

The high-speed network of the ICE and TGV will bring you quickly and comfortably to the Eurobahnhof (station)

Saarbrücken. From there, continue with the 105 bus route or with a taxi (5 minute journey). Walking takes about 20 minutes. To do this, leave the station on the right and keep right until the railway bridge at the Ludwigskreisel.
