Thanks to our 19 rooms with almost infinite combinations from 100 to 1900 sqm, (almost) everything is possible.

Tailor-made hygiene concepts

Benefit from our hygiene concepts. We will make the necessary arrangements, from mobile disinfection stands to the supply of sanitary facilities and other infrastructural services. We will provide you with the disinfectant free of charge.

Ventilation of the rooms

All publicly accessible rooms are supplied with fresh air by mechanical ventilation systems. The systems are switched to 100% supply air and 100% exhaust air to ensure maximum air exchange. In addition, the Grand Auditorium in the Congresshalle has an ionair Air Quality System (AQS) that achieves targeted improvement in the air quality.

Safety personnel for on-site support

Our safety personnel will help you to comply with the social distancing and mask rules. You can thus focus your attention on other organisational priorities.

Individual seating plans

You will receive from us in advance an individual seating plan with which you can plan your event precisely. While we unfortunately cannot take over contact tracing, our new admission control system provides helpful options.

Digital admission control system

The holistic “Digital Admission Control System” is designed for any size of event. The system supports all common ticket portals. The customer offer includes hardware, software and our service of the set-up up to the control at the door.

Cleaning according to the latest standards

The halls and foyers are cleaned before the event according to our standard hygiene concept. This naturally includes door handles, light switches, tables and seating.
